Event Services Offered World-Wide
i. Full Planning & Design- From logistics to timelines to vendor referrals & management all the way down to design details, I manage the hundreds of details leading up to your big day so that you can let go, relax and focus on the fun stuff like tasting cake, picking colors, choosing flowers, and showing up without a worry on the big day. Logistics are just as important as design, so to ensure that your event day runs smoothly, my team is the first to arrive on-site and the last to leave, making sure everything is buttoned up and perfect so that you don't have to. Through the planning process, I will not only align you with my favorite, trusted vendors but I will serve as your vendor liaison to manage contract negotiations, budget development, rentals, site visits, timelines, transportation, accommodation. Most importantly, I will ensure that all vendors involved are on track with the master timeline on the big day. As a boutique business, I limit the number of weddings that I take on per year so that each of my clients get the focus they deserve. My clients’ typical overall wedding day budgets start at $150k+.
ii. Design & Blooms- Event Styling, Custom Decor & Beautiful Blooms created just for you. This package is for the couple who has the time and wherewithal to plan the logistics and coordination themselves but needs help with customized details and gorgeous flowers to reflect their style and aesthetic. This is perfect for someone who wants to work with one creative vendor for decor and florals rather than having to source items from multiple players and put it all together. To create a cohesive design concept, together we will create imaginative, elegant and unexpected decor to lace throughout your venue, ultimately creating an enchanting ambiance that feels uniquely personal. Each decor and floral item is priced individually giving you full control over your costs and decorations. Typical overall budgets for this package begin at around $12k+.
iii. Floral Design- From eye popping anemones to dreamy peonies, my team will tailor a floral quote unique to your event's aesthetic. Floral design can be added as part of the Full Planning & Design or as a stand-alone service. Floral budgets start at $6k+.
