i. Full Planning & Design- From logistics to timelines to vendor referrals & management all the way down to design details, Julia and her team will manage the hundreds of details leading up to your big day so that you can let go, relax and focus on the fun stuff like tasting cake, picking colors/textures, choosing flowers, and showing up without a worry on the big day. Logistics are just as important as design, so to ensure that your event day runs smoothly, the Julia Lake team is the first to arrive on-site and the last to leave, making sure everything is buttoned up and perfect so that you don't have to. Through the planning process, Julia Lake will not only align you with her favorite, trusted vendors but will serve as your vendor liaison to manage contract negotiations, budget development, rentals, site visits, timelines, transportation, accommodation. Most importantly, we will ensure that all vendors involved are on track with the master timeline on the big day. As a boutique business, I limit the number of weddings that I take on per year so that each of my clients gets the focus they deserve. My clients’ typical overall wedding day budgets start at $250k+.
ii. Design & Blooms- Event styling, custom decor, and beautiful blooms tailored specifically for your unique wedding day. This package is perfect for the couple that has already secured a planner, but is looking to create a cohesive and stunning aesthetic vision for their wedding by collaborating with Julia Lake. Her all-encompassing artistic direction and keen eye for detail produce a harmonious union of decor, florals, and all other stylistic components. This service allows clients to forego the anxiety and confusion of piecing together multiple vendors with unpredictable outcomes. From start to finish, Julia and her team will seamlessly create an overall aesthetic for your event that is at once imaginative, elegant, and unforgettable. We oversee all design related elements: from the invitations to the linens, to Bridesmaids’ dresses to an escort card interactive installation, to your breathtaking ceremony and tabletop details. We incorporate bespoke details throughout the entire guest experience, culminating in an ambiance that feels enchanting, intimate and unique. Julia will work with with you and your planner during the exciting planning process, with you deciding how involved or hands-off you’d like to be.You will receive a design deck which outlines, in detail, how each element will visually come together. Each decor and floral item will be priced individually, giving you full control over your final costs and look of the design. Average budgets for this package begin at around $30k and includes a $15k design fee that covers over 100 hours of design time, design board creation, emails, unlimited phone check-ins, venue walk-throughs, decor procurement, set-up, break-down and overall creative curation & production. Through her dedication and masterful event design capabilities, Julia aims to provide you with a magical wedding day that exceeds all expectations.
iii. Floral Design- From eye popping anemones to dreamy peonies, my team will tailor a floral quote unique to your event's aesthetic. Floral design can be added as part of the Full Planning & Design or as a stand-alone service. Typical floral budgets start at $15k+.
